We stopped by Arby’s on Stone drive in kingsport last evening to get some sandwiches. The lobby was lit and the door unlocked so we went in and were immediately stopped by three different employees telling us that the dinning room was closed because they were short staffed and seemed to be angry that we had walked inside . We were then told that we could drive around and order so upon driving around the building we came across three of their employees outside with their headsets on hanging around a vehicle talking and smoking cigarettes so we were able to see for ourselves just why they were short handed however we still don’t understand why the other employees came at us the way they did. It wasn’t our fault that half of their crew was hanging out outside and not inside doing their job’s. We spent over 50.00 and when we got home with our food the curley fries were so hard from being over cooked that we couldn’t eat them so that ended up being 12 to 15 dollars wasted on those. It was just an all around bad experience for us at this particular location. I think it will be awhile before we visit this restaurant again maybe they will hire some better help that knows how to treat their customers.

Employees are very nice, but for some reason, the drive-through is incredibly slow. Like they take an order, make it, and hand it out before taking the next order. Weird, but food tastes good, so i still go sometimes.

Without a doubt. And if you could leave 0 stars or negative would be fitting for the service and food overall experience at this Arby’s. I don’t think I have ever been treated and food horrible and why I in no way period recommend this Arby’s or for tht matter even say anything. Unless you want lied to , disrespected and all please stay away!!!

I usually love this place but it’s kinda expensive despite that last night I found out u can’t get a LARGE DRINK with your meal. How does that make sense. And they’re down sizing all the other drinks as well. I ordered a combo meal and I think with that I should be able to get whatever size drink I want if I’m paying. Plus they’ve changed their roast beef slices I don’t like it I like the thin layers better. I hate grissles and with it thin I don’t get them. With the think I did. It was still delicious but I like old roast beef better.

Worst experience I’ve had at arbys, as you can see in the photo if the mozzarella sticks would’ve cooked any longer they would’ve caught fire. They rushed me in and out with not a care of how the food was cooked. Luckily it was just me and not my wife and 3 kids with me or would’ve been a waste of a lot more than $10. Sad just sad get it together arbys!
