Very friendly staff and quick service. I go to Arby’s quite often when traveling for work and this was THE saltiest-tasting roast beef sandwich I ever had. The fries were fine but you could tell they were sitting for awhile since they were not busy.

I was traveling and looking for a quick supper. I tried this Arby’s and I was really disappointed. The counter person was a nice person, and she certainly did her job well, but the sandwich I was served was really bad. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, and I was set for a nice crunchy spicy chunk of chicken between two buns. What I got was probably an OK piece of chicken, which was topped with their version of Buffalo Wing sauce. It also had some type of white sauce mixed in with it. There was not a discernible flavor to it. However, there was so much of the combined sauces that I was unable to pick up the sandwich and eat it. I finally threw the buns away, scraped off much of the sauce, got a plastic knife and fork frome the counter, and I was able to eat it, totally sans bun. Arby’s might think they have the meats, but you couldn’t prove it by this sandwich!

Went today tried to order a chicken salad Market fresh sandwich Nope no chicken salad , so decided on a beef and cheddar NOPE no Roast beef (Which is their top selling meat.) The managers an workers were yelling at one another using vulgar language. The place was nasty so I took my food to go (which was fries) . I WONT BE GOING BACK .

Walked in and waited at the counter for 6+ minutes utes despite 2 employees looking right at me as they were cleaning tables. Sandwiches were okay, hot turnovers were never warmed , fries were cold, and despite asking for both sauces, we only got one. Employee who took the order could use Arby’s School to learn about customer service.

Cashier was rude, when I walked up to order he said there’s a limit on using your credit card or debit card. I told him I was paying cash. My order came up the $27.17 and I was going to give him $40, without even looking at his drawer he said I don’t have change for that. So I end up using a card anyways.

It’s in a gas station store, so it’s small, but they got my food to me quickly. Food was as expected. No shakes though, waiting on new machine.

I came in around 6:00pm. I was told that there was no roast beef and they were not allowed to make more so late in the day. They close rather late (12:00am) so I was confused and assume that they just didn’t want to do it. “We have the meats.” no you don’t, and it appears as if you never do according to the other reviews. Desperately need a staff that will do their jobs.

Said that they didn’t have enough roast beef for my order and couldn’t make any more. They don’t even close for several hours (5 hours to be exact). I just left and went to McDonald’s since my business wasn’t very important.

Arby’s has totally lost it’s original owner’s vision I would gladly pay more if they would go back to the way they were in the 80s everything is expensive In today’s world, When arby’s was founded It was an upscale from the normal hamburger places It was More expensive but a but it grew today. They want to compete with all the places that have cheap food they need to go back to their roots

Very proud of the new management and crew here at the Jellico Arby’s. Heather and Renea have stepped up and is doing a great Job. They have been suggestive selling. They are getting faster with getting the food out in a timely manner and making sure the fries and cheese sticks are fresh made to order. Keep up the good work.
