For some reason they have had problems keeping certain foods in stock. It’s not the kid’s working there, but whomever does there ordering. awesome service, I had words with another customer who thought it was a good ideal to cuss the kid behind the counter over Arby’s sauce. Not cool, the kid was so apologetic it hurt to watch. “People” don’t cuss the staff, just leave. I commend the staff for the awesome job they do. Great food ,when they have it in stock.

Just had a ribeye steak sandwich. What a ripoff. Supposed to have fried onions there were none. Swiss cheese there was none. Toasted bun it was soggy. Sauce all over the outside from heating it in the microwave. All for $7.69. What a ripoff!!!

Heartbroken that this was our dinner tonight! Pulled a hair from the cheese in our ham slider and this is the LARGE roast beef and cheddar! What has this world come to!? Can no longer trust this Arby’s staff or location.

Slow service and continues to try and give me the wrong order while giving customers behind me their food. This place has no chance of surviving if the staff doesn’t get more training. The manager doesn’t even know how to refund a card purchase. Don’t waste your time here just go to Wendy’s or burger King would be better than thus mess.
