This location does not make the beef and cheddar correctly. It has some weird sauce on it and the meat isn’t sliced like it’s supposed to be. The taste is off. We were traveling from Arkansas to Virginia and was glad to see an Arby’s location for lunch. Disappointed. The curly fries were also stale and choppy, not curly at all. We placed our order and it came out WAY too fast. Definitely not fresh. Everything was barely warm. Could not finish our food. We approached the manager about it and we were told, “I’ve been here three years, that’s how we make it.” Sorry, it’s wrong. Now we are sick at our stomachs. The only pleasant thing about the experience was the young lady that took our order. I believe her name is Laura…the only nice thing about this location.

Good Arby’s food. Staff was great. It’s just that milkshake machine was broken and then Apple pies were out, and it wasn’t too late in the day. I felt like I kept trying to order things that they have on their menu but they actually don’t have. Clean, convenient location.

The best Arby’s you will ever eat at ( my opinion ) the food is always good and freshly made, as in no bad fries or pre made sandwiches that just sit there until purchased. The service has been great every time we visit there. The restaurant is always clean. So thank you Arby’s for the great food and service, you all do things right at this location.

Stopped in last week & couldn’t get anything fried due to equipment down. No fries, no burgers, no chicken, no mozzarella….. stopped in today and apology signs on the doors stating same no fried items due to hood vent issue. Call a competent repair service and get it fixed!!!! Losing a lot of money and customers… did I mention the drink sizes shrank also. Probably for the better due to Americas obesity problems. Seriously though, call an emergency repair service and get your stuff fixed. Unacceptable.

I walked in at 04:45 on 3/23/23 to get a breakfast sandwich before my 14 hour day of OTR trucking. The girl at the register told me “I’ll be right back you’ll need to wait.” And I did. After nearly 15 minutes I had to go. I’m a truck driver and don’t have time to waste. Certainly not for someone else to waste. This Arby’s is at a truckstop. Truckers will be it’s main customer base. That 15 minutes was the time that I had to get myself breakfast. But a 20 year old decided that I wasn’t going to have breakfast. It’s bad enough that we’re forced to eat fast food. But when the employees decide to flake off and not serve us, it’s like a slap in the face.. “we appreciate our truckers” we see on banners and signs once a year.. it that’s basically lip service.
