Today is 8/11/23. I pull up to the drive thru at 11:46 pm and asked to order the fish strip combo and the lady says okay it will be a 5 minute wait. I replied and said okay that’s fine and she replied and said okay we close in 15 minutes. Very very rude and uncalled for. I ended up driving off. She needs to be trained better. That was uncalled for. If she didn’t want to take any orders past 11:46 she should have said so. Very unprofessional and will never be back to this location.

I have never gotten a bad meal at that Arby’s location. The food is always good in hot and never just thrown together sloppy. The staff is very friendly and always takes the time to make sure your order is right. Will definitely be returning customer.

Excellent Arby’s location! Delicious, hot, fresh food. Very friendly, efficient and professional staff associates! My Partner and I visit this location often when we travel in this area. We have dined here and had takeout several times since this location first opened. The experience is always pleasant. Consistent delicious food. Always served fresh and hot. The staff associates always friendly and attentive. My partner, a friend and I stopped for a takeout dinner on Christmas Eve. We all enjoyed the regular roast beef sandwich with curly fries. The roast beef was cooked to perfection and the curly fries crispy and hot. Unfortunately, the potato cakes, a favorite Arby’s item for us, is no longer available. I do greatly miss the potato cakes!! Otherwise, excellent takeout experience! Great service! Delicious dinner! Immaculate restaurant. Very convenient location on Emory Road.

I bought the 2 beef & cheddar for $7 “special”. It was horrible! They barely put any cheese sauce on it (less than a tablespoon), and the bun was dry. I hate the Hawaiian bread they use now. We normally get a fairly decent meal here, but it will be a long time, if ever, before I go back.
