They have been known to steal credit card numbers In the past. Check your bank statement always. Also have been seen selling raw/ undercooked meat to speed service. Great employees though and most you can tell enjoy the job. As far as a couple employees they just want the check and whatever they can profit out of you. Meat gets left out in open air or picked up from off the table to use, buns have been in the package covered in mold, staff drop utensils and use them to serve food without property cleaned. Majority of the time you’re not even getting what you pay for. They have certain amountsb each item is supposed to have but employees will cut you very short to save product. If you have any allergies they do not care they will still use the contaminated item to serve you exactly and will not drop fresh to correct for you. If you ask for something cooked fresh they grab something already cooked and drop it back in the oil or microwave for a second. I’ll be happy to tell everyone what they do from the parking lot. If your looking for great fast food and service they’re plenty other places open around but if you wanna get your money used and profited off of Arby’s is the place for you.

Absolutely the worst experience yet, we come to this location because it’s close to the house, never again. First off the service attendant was rather rude. I tried placing my order only to have to repeat myself numerous times. Get to the window and informed him that they needed to turn up the speaker because we could barely hear him and he just blew us off, does not need to be working in fast food. Secondly, I ordered the brisket sandwich thinking it would be a nice meal, well it wasn’t. The meat was so tough that I had to throw it out because you couldn’t even take a bite out of it, you had to tear it apart with your fingers in order to eat it and only then realize that it tasted like the meat had gone rancid. They have literally crates of bread sitting outside the door in 102 degree heat knowing that it’s not going to be fit to serve. Will not be back

It’s a bit of if the way for me, and the construction with the confusing lane shifts, paired with coming out going irate Walmart shoppers- can make anyone empathize with murder-suicide cases. At least be a bit envious of the deceased.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I waited 20 minutes in line with only two cars in front of me to get to the window to be told I need to pull forward for two kids meals because they just barely dropped nuggets. Then I pull forward and I wait another 10 minutes for the gal to come out with not my order and then to tell me she doesn’t know when my order will be done because she doesn’t bag food. Mind you I had a trunk full of groceries. I was literally getting out of my car to get a refund when she finally brought my food after about another 5-7 minutes. Fries were cold, nuggets were warm at best def not fresh. NO customer service at all. Will NOT be back.

Hands down the BEST employees! Every time we go inside to dine the tables are always clean, someone is ALWAYS cleaning the dining room AND all the staff greet you with a smile. The food is always made to order and hot. I got a gyro this evening and I was a little iffy about ordering it, to my surprise it was delicious! Whatever management is doing keep it up because you’re doing something right!!!

Food was not hot and the lady who was taking orders only did one order at a time and fixed it and then took another order. There was only two people in front of me and it took over 15 minutes just to fill those orders and the floor was dirty and the people making the orders was not wearing gloves.
