Only reason I’m giving 1 star is to comment on how terrible Arby’s has gotten. Hubby had a big piece of plastic from the corner of a sauce pouch in his gyros and the only reason I knew what it was is because when I called to complain the manager instantly knew what it was. Only offer was a sorry and another. I ended up with a case of food poison! Never again

So I’ve been to this Arby’s one or two other times before tonight, and I hate to say it, but the food was not great. The wait was ridiculous for maybe one car other than mine. And I don’t remember much other than that since I decided I wouldn’t be going there to eat. Well, tonight, something came over me, and I really wanted Arby’s. So I decided I would give this location another shot. Just the customer service alone, I knew I wanted to leave a review immediately. The two working the window deserves it! A man took my order, and he was great! Polite, customer friendly, and offered add ons, etc. Then a lady was at the window taking money/giving food, and again, great customer service. If one of those two aren’t a manager, they definitely deserve a promotion. And I have to admit the food quality was better tonight as well.

I just can’t say enough about these guys! At the Humboldt location, I had placed a pretty big online order. 3/4 of the way there, the manager calls me and let’s me know they are completely out of roast beef for the night, could be offer me anything else to substitute. He stayed on the phone with me for 5-6 mins to make sure what I wanted and was totally ok with it. That was just above and beyond to me so when I needed Arby’s, it’ll ALWAYS be the Humboldt location. Oh also, they are ALWAYS super friendly, which is rare nowadays. You can tell they actually care about great customer service!

We went through the drive-thru and the food was hot and delicious, we waited a min longer for hot food but were given two apple turnovers for the wait from the sweetest lady at the window! Beef and Cheddar are my fav.

Slight unnecessary wait for 1 chocolate shake. No syrup in kitchen, resolved with leisure stroll to stock room. Customer should NEVER have to wait for poor product stocking.

This placed sucked the day it opened. Apparently the Arby’s franchise enjoys paying 6 employees to do absolutely nothing.

Girl that took my order was rude. I ordered an orange cream shake , which is on the menu, she rudely says we don’t do those anymore. Place been open 10 days with multiple signs advertising it. Waited 10 minutes for food. Fries were cold, but roast beef was fresh and warm. Dining room could use some cleaning

To say I’m disappointed would be a gross understatement. I came into the restaurant to grab some take out, it clearly said on the monitor “carry out” she handed me my food on the tray and I reminded her it was for take out. She opened a bag and “threw” my food in it. No napkins, didn’t ask me if I wanted any sauce, etc. I felt bad to ask for horsey sauce. The customer behind me said “thank you, please come again,” he too noticed how nasty this exchange was. I will not ever be going back. My kids treat me with more respect than the staff at Arby’s in Humboldt. So I guess I’ll be driving 20 minutes if I want Arby’s.
