What I don’t get is when you check your order before it’s handed out the window and , then you have to go back inside and are asked where your receipt is. Like I was just in your drive thru. Check the bag before handing out. Especially when it was the manager handing the bag out. Poor management and poor customer service. We won’t be back. Update…..response was made back and link doesn’t work. Nice try .

Stopped here a few days ago to grab a quick bite. And to get back on the road. And the food turned out good. And the people seemed to be nice and polite. Restaurant was clean so if you like Arby’s I would say stop by and grab a bite to eat if you are in that area.

I placed an online order, went through drive through to pick it up and was scolded by the woman and young man working there, that I was supposed to walk in to pick up my online order??? Isn’t the purpose of placing an online order, the convenience? I place online orders all the time and go through the drive thru to get them and have placed a previous online order at this Arby’s and have never been told I must come in.

Ketchup inside the bottom of the fry box. Called and was told to stop at Cookeville South Willow location. GM at Cookeville said I’d have to go back to other location if want a refund.

The beef dip is really good. I even use the dip for my fries. I like the idea of having both types of fries. My husband likes the curly ones I like the crinkled ones. It’s a nice change from your normal fast food.
