Sat in line at drive thru, being told you’ll have to give me a minute. That minute was 12 mins. She said short staffed. Finally gave our 2 orders, second in line at pick-up window; sat another 10 mins. At window now for pick up. Took another 6 mins to get order.

I don’t know what it is with this location. Went there for dinner for the family. They had one girl working kitchen…drive thru and the counter. I felt so sorry for her but she held it down. I wanted to get behind the counter and help her so bad…props to her though….Took a little bit for food which of course those Karen’s got attitude and left….but she was so sweet and food was delicious….

Total wait time in drive through line was 6:23 from pull up to the end of the line to the pull away from the order window, Sunday afternoon about 2:15pm. 5 people (including me) in line (2 at the window and 2 in front of me). Ordered about $40 in food. Person taking order confirmed the order, we realized it was wrong, he quickly corrected it. Gave us the total. We pulled to window after others had left, Ari was at the window. We were greeted with a simple “Hi” and a smile. Confirmed our order again, and this time was correct. He had a little issue taking cash as we gave him enough change to break $100 into 3 $20s. Gave us our order in 3 large bags, all items were correct and hot and present. We even got fries and they were fresh and hot as well. We tried the loaded curly fries as well (pictured). Bacon was a little under cooked but still good. Half pound sandwiches were good (pictured) and what you’d expect from Arby’s. Only gripe I had is we did not receive napkins or sauces, but we did not ask for any sauces. Other places usually ask if we want some. I simply forgot to ask so i’ll write that one off for myself. Good quick service and friendly people. Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. I wouldn’t call this time very busy at all, but it was def moving well and consistent.

All the reviews that show up on the Arby’s site seem to be a 3.7 and above. But my experience is customer service with an attitude and food that has been sitting prepared and sitting to long. My last order had 7 items stuffed in bag designed for 1 to 5 items(per the labeling on the bag) no way to close it. Was never offered condiments (but most places wait for to ask) but I felt like it was an imposition that I asked.
