Same issue as every other fast food joint in Tupelo, they forget something in the order. We had a curly fry order missing and we didn’t catch it until after driving across town. The food was good but for 4 folks it was nearly $50, one would expect friendlier customer service and better care of order prep.

We ordered two roast beef combos and a cherry turnover. They didn’t put the turnover in the bag, had to go back and get it. Then we went to eat the roast beef and it looked awful. It was pink and cold. So we went back inside and the lady agreed and had them to cook two more sandwiches and they were the same way. The workers in there are really rude and the ones cooking were laughing as if they’re doing it on purpose. Definitely won’t be back. A lot of money for that kind of service

Always have had great service & food from the Arby’s in Tupelo. I usually order the Greek Gyro or the Buffalo Chicken sandwhich. Great prices for the amount of food you get. Food is very delicious and the customer service is great.

Arby’s is usually ok.. I got the 5 piece fish strip fries, Dr. Pepper. Fries were cold. Fish pieces were TINY! This was very little food, for $13.18. I won’t be back. Felt completely ripped off.

In my opinion fast food has declined so much over the past 3/4 yrs; prices keep going up, service keeps getting worse and food is well fast food … If I am going to pay $25 for “fast food” I would just rather go out to dinner, sit down and have a nice meal with better service ♀️.

Had a taste for a French dip. Mistake.. hard bun, hard cheese, 3 slices roast beef, n the auju was so watery had no taste .. I wish I’d taken a pic..I tossed it. Tired of old food from Arbys.. cold..old..no meat..old bread. Old cheese.. Tupelo is a mega for fast food and they all are way too expensive n nasty..the standards are non existent. Why? Cause they not trained well n will hire anyone!

Beef and cheddar didn’t taste as good as usual. Curly fries were burnt and they messed up our drink order. The roast beef was cut in very thick slices and tasted undercooked. I threw mine away. I tried to go to the link you sent me to give more details but it didn’t go to a site.

We just went through the drive thru. We waited for 15 mins. The wait wasn’t the bad part. After paying $20 for our food it was cold! The classic roast beef sandwich was one big thick piece. I understand things happen but what I can’t get past was we waited 15 minutes or more to get cold food that wasn’t good at all. We just stopped and threw it away. Very Disappointed!!!
