This is the poorest service I have ever had. Only 1 car at the drive through. I thought maybe they could handle that.? Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches. Waited behind the 1 car at drive through for 20 minutes boxed in with no way out.. finally got to the window and had totally the wrong order. As they looked to confused to give me the 2 basic sandwich’s I ordered I pulled off and left. Wasted life trying to get food from that Arby’s in Clinton. Never saw any worse service

Waited in Drive thru for 20 minutes (3) cars ahead of me. Did the 2 for $7 with a large drink. Its a shame being this new they can not turn out fresh food and a decent drink. Buyer beware!!! Money is better spent at another restaurant

The meat taste cheap. This is not the same quality as my go to Arby locations. Not to mention all cold and small portions of meat for $5.29 a sandwich. I ordered 1 large fry and 3 classic roast beef sandwiches. $19.97 wasted. Not going back. I will most definitely go back to my usual Pearl and Ridgeland area locations.

I ordered a half pound Roast beef like I do in Jackson, Ridgeland, etc. The meat here is cut thicker it seems. Also they are not prepping enough Roast beef to serve customers through the day. Rather than admitting the roast beef has not been heated to tender yet – they serve me a grainy, muscley, flavorless roast beef that crunches like rubbery undone beef.

This place is very rude and doesn’t know how to do an Arby’s sandwich. I did ask for light meat on the Arby’s sandwich which should be shaved roast beef and I asked thin if possible. The put the perfectly oblong thick piece of meat and about 2 pds of it on the sandwich. I mean they aren’t even using a slicer, looks like they bought pre packaged meat and it was awful. I will never go back and highly recommend you don’t either. I will go to Pearl any day over this place again. 2nd time this has happened. I can’t tell you how mad I was or they would take this down but I almost went back and threw it n there face. If you are going to work at a place that is known for it’s certain types of meat and sandwiches, do it right. Jackson has just trickled on down to Clinton and it’s horrible.
