I was in here today at lunch and they was super busy!!! And the whole group worked as a Team and got all the customers out of there! And I thought it was pretty cool to hear the manager tell the group…. Great job team! That’s what team work is about… thanks for the great service today

I sat in the drive through at the microphone and noone picked up. Someone was in front of me and pulled up to the window and sat there. I thought they had taken their order. They eventually left and I pulled up to the window and the women working saw me sitting there and ignored me. After sitting there 15 min I just left. Talk about wasting the customers time. If the drive through is closed or broken put out a sign or just let me know. I will never give them my business again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This whole store should be thrown away. Stopped in to order food and the cashier over charged me for my food. My husband asked why it was price was higher than the menu and cashier’s answer was it is what it is. Asked for the manager and the lady standing there watching was the manager and she adjusted the price but the cashier who is a young man start to yell at me saying I had an attitude but he tried to over charge me. As a former sales manager and the fact that the Manger on duty didn’t say anything she knows this is going on. I wonder how many voided transactions they have in a week for skimming the register. The brother of the cashier also works there and added to the escalation saying they don’t care about that job as he threw down the metal trays don’t yell at his brother. The cashier then proceeded to come from behind the counter walking towards me as if to do something while the manager just watched. I wasn’t alone and he made a better decision to stop. The line of customers left and so did we to avoid further altercations. But this location need a whole new staff or just throw it away. And the store cashiers(3) came to watch as it was a game.

Three people working and they all pretend like they do not see the customer at the counter. Was waiting at the counter for at least 7 minutes. And was never acknowledged. Very poor customer service. I ended up buying a salad next because of the very poor customer service not wanting my business. Do better Arby’s! I was there 07/02/23 check the cameras corporate office

This is honestly a pretty amazing place. They don’t have roast beef. Don’t have turkey sliders. They just put a small paper sign out they they don’t have about half the menu at lunch on a Saturday. Best to just walk away.
