Was very disappointed in my visit today!! I have been to Arby’s locations all over the US. Was very happy about Grand opening here, close to my home. It was great the first few times, but this time I ordered a double roast beef, had a descent wait….fries were barely warm, my sandwich had so little meat, I would have had to say beef flavored if I had ordered a regular!!! This seems to be a problem at a lot of Arby’s. Portion size is very inconsistent. I never know which size to order, because you are never sure what you are going to get. Let’s see, is the guy haveing a good day today, so if I order a regular, it will be enough, or is he having a bad day (like this visit) and a double is very skimpy. Will not be coming back to Clinton location, Flora location is always consistent!!

Nice newer Arby’s in a defunct area. The food and service were good, but there were a few oddities like the toilets being marked “out of order” but worked fine for “low flow” if you asked. Also one of the side entrance doors was locked during lunch hours which I’m sure is a fire hazard. Otherwise not a bad stop.

Clean acceptable restroom! Ordered a simple Beef n Cheddar. It was SOAKED in sauce. However, they calmly and quickly replaced it with a smile. Props to the crew!

Arby’s is a restaurant I fully trust, but this Arby’s was rare. We dined in and had to wait for our food for about 15-20 minutes. My grand daughter found an ant in her food while eating. The food had a different taste than any Arby’s I have ever eaten. My daughter agreed with me. The workers were nice, the manager not so nice.

I won’t be going back here anytime soon. We had to wait longer than expected, despite there being no other cars in the drive thru. My order was wrong when I got it. So we had to wait again for them to discuss with each other who got it wrong(very unprofessional), then for them to make the correction. The taste and quality of the food was subpar. It was also difficult to get to the restaurant due to all of the potholes leading to the restaurant.

I’ve driven through this area and stopped at this Arby’s a few times now. It has to be the slowest fast food establishment I’ve ever been to. My last visit, after sitting at the drive-through speaker for several minutes, I pulled up to the window wondering if the speaker was broken. I told the lady the speaker wasn’t working or whatever. She shut the window in my face without saying a word. Another employee came to the window without opening it and began to swirl her finger around like I should go around to the speaker again. So aside from being extremely slow, they are incompetent and rude. Thanks.

Pulled up at the Arby’s on hwy 80 attempted to go inside to order. All doors were locked. Went to the drive through. This was the middle of the day lunchtime. Asked the person that came to the order mike why was the doors locked her response was “DO I REALLY NEED TO TELL YOU THAT”? I said I would appreciate an answer to my question.

Dining room was closed which is rediculous. I ordered curley fries that were burnt and tasted like burnt oil, a jalapeño roast beef slider that looked like it was made yesterday and a classic roast beef sandwich that looked several days old and had a bad taste. Worst Arbys experience to date. Not to mention the parking lot is riddled with holes big enough to swallow my f250
