First off we walk up to order and the two girls were sitting on the floor on their cell phones. We had to say something before they even know we were ready to order. Ice had to be given from behind the counter. They seemed to be out of everything!y Both Drinks were flat. Employees were on cell phones (girl flipping fries and on her cell phone), no hair nets were worn….if they even do that anymore! Women’s bathroom out of paper towels. I’m not one to complain much but seems like all odds were against them and definitely room for improvements. This was ridiculous! Employees were nice but that doesn’t make up for it… 4/11/23 @ 1pm

Drove 657 miles, checked into my hotel, went to this Arby’s. Ordered cheddar sandwich and small crinkle fries. Sandwich was cold with like a tablespoon of cheese and they gave me cold curly fries which I can’t eat. I love wasting money. Doesn’t everyone?

Any positive reviews of this place have to be corporate bots. The staff is slow and incompetent. Numerous order before and after us, including ours wrong. Slider did not look fresh. Checkout staff constantly playing on cell phone. Dining room and pickup counter unkept. Bathrooms disgusting.

Went to the drive-through. Got the fish and fries special! Was really good. Better than expected! Was a little slow but my fries were fresh and hot, so was a good trade. Service at the windo was courteous.

We went drive thru. Ordered Ruben combo and bacon ranch hamburger it tasted sour, but by the time we went to eat it, we were too far to go back. By the time I got home, we were starving, so this time, we passed up Arby’s for McDonald’s. “Mickey D’s gets 5***** across the board…..”

Went through drive thru. Bun on my sandwich was hard/tough/old. Although they did give me enough au jus, which was nice. My husband had adk for extra BBQ sauce for his brisket, but did not get any. Usually Arby’s is very good, just not quite as good this time.

They claim to open at 10 a.m. but we waited until 10:30 a.m. and it was still not open. Poor management. I will not return and will tell everyone I know to not visit the location on frontage road in Meridian. Came all the way out of Newton county specifically to eat at Arby’s. Very very disappointed. Only gave one star because you have to give a star to review. Would have given zero stars if I could have.
