I’ve eaten here several times and every time I’ve been, the food has been good. The service on the other hand, has been pretty abysmal. Drive-through is slightly better than dining room. I’ve walked in a few times and everyone working there is either out the backdoor smoking with the door standing open or sitting in the dining room and they all acted like I was bothering them for wanting to place an order. I can say that it’s usually pretty clean.

The food and service were excellent! The lady at the register, Daisia(?), was efficient and worked so hard. She made sure the dining room was clean and even collected trash from tables of people who were done with their meal and just sitting around talking. The food was fresh and hot. I would stop here again!

If I could give a lower rating I would. I have never had customer service so bad. I go through the drive thru and I’m trying to figure out what I wanted the lady the at the drive basically told me that I needed to hurry up because I was running up her time. You need to train your people better. Do better Arby’s.

I didn’t actually go here. I was just getting gas at Love’s. But if I had to make an honest assessment, I’d have to recommend nobody ever patronize this place. Roast beef? I don’t know. I’ve never stuck my head up the backside of a cow…but somethin ain’t right.

We stopped by their drive through to pick some quick lunch. We ordered the gyros and a salad along with their famous curly fries. The fries were good indeed, however the rest of the food was so bad. Is it because of the covid pandemic? Both the gyro wraps were too sub standard. The meat tasted rot. The salad chickens were soggy and not fresh. The salad greens were wilt. However, the working lady was nice and she handed over all the ordered perfectly with a few extra sachet of sauces.

Apparently they just make up when they want to be open, walk in said they were doing a shift change and it would be 30 minute wait.. Slowest shift change ever but we are in the lazy south.. I left came back 10 minutes later to order food and they tell me they are closing for the night.. Really? I must be in the wrong business, Turn away customers and work when they feel like it.

Both gentlemen at the register were super helpful and friendly even though the computer was giving them problems. Our order was fast, correct, and tasted good. The only downside for me was the unsweetened tea could have been fresher.
