Went through the drive thru was very polite to the person taking my order AND to the person at the window ( Candice). She needs to be on fries or cleaning the dining area because she has no customer service skills. She barely talks i said thank u and please… no response. Asked for condiments and i would’ve thought i asked her to build a house ! Like that’s your JOB if you don’t like it GO HOME! I’m speaking to her very politely and she acted like i was getting on her nerves. Please let people that actually have customer service skills to deal with the customers.

Second time terrible meal, first time ordered a beef n cheddar, thought they made a mistake and gave me a regular until the second to last bite found a dollop of cheddar. Today I have been wanting to try there burger. The meat was over cooked and dry. It was way way past its hold time. So disappointed and will not be returning. So disappointing. I ordered two kids meals for lunch at work online. Got there in 10 mins and my fries tasted like they sit out for hours. They were cold and hard. I’m good on wasting money here again.

I hadn’t eaten at Arby’s in years. I had a coupon for a Gyero Sandwich and I just love Gryero so I bought one and OMG!! It was really good. I’m glad I tried it. Now I don’t have to drive all over town to get one. I can go right up the street. BIG UP to you Arby’s.

I love Arby’s beef and cheddar’s!!! Actually, my first job was for an Arby’s in Illinois. It was when they first came out and had the big cowboy hat on their sign. I have to feed my craving at least twice a month for a sandwich and Jamaica shake!!!

I was left at the counter for a while l said hello no one said anything I’m looking at people l say hello again in the young girl says well I’m over here doing something I’m busy and I told her well. You should’ve said something you don’t just ignore people and then she came to the counter and was so rude and I told her if you don’t like this job, go do something else. This is not how you act and Customer Service this is ridiculous. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never experienced anything. So horrible in my life and I also asked please don’t put onions on my route because I’m allergic to onions and they were putting onions on there while I’m watching them and I had to yell don’t put the onions on the ramp what’s wrong with you people

I went through the drive through. The young lady taking orders was very precise and pleasant through the mic. When I got to the window to pay they was professional and respectful.
