I came through the drive thru to pick up a doordash order. There was someone at the window I held up my phone to show the order. And she just looked at me shaking her head no being sarcastic saying to go and making hand gestures to go. I pointed at my phone (thinking maybe she didn’t know I was picking up a doordash order not ordering). She proceeds to flip me off lol crazy, how about just open the window and say you guys are closed and not accepting any more orders?

They need to update their deals on their apps. With so many restaurants offering specials and reward points I feel Arby’s is slacking in that department. Food is Great and service was outstanding but these days people are drawn to the best deals. This is just my opinion.

Friday 05/21/22. 1st off, girl on speaker had attitude like she didn’t wanna work, I order french dip, the guy bout threw the bag out to me in a rush and when I get back to my workplace, I realize the au jus had leaked all over my food and car seat, I will be sending the bill for having my seat cleaned, and won’t ever be back

If I had the energy to go all the way down Preston Highway to give myself the satisfaction of complaining and getting my missing combo from my order, I would. But I have been spending the past 3 days without heat and power, so being able to feed my family was nice. It would have been better had I actually gotten the entire combo I asked for… how are you going to give my fries for my combo, but not the sandwich? Especially with no cars in the druve-thru, and you close in a little over 2 hours when I got there.
