The food was great! I’m always amazed at the size of the large roast beef sandwich. That thing is a commitment! Lol. My only complaint, is why did they get rid of the potato cakes? I loved those things. Luckily they still have the curly fries, which are great too. The service was fast and friendly. My food was served hot and fast. The price was reasonable for the amount of food that you get, and the restaurant was clean. They definitely checked off all of the boxes that I look for in a fast food restaurant. I will definitely be back again the next time that I get a craving for a good roast beef sandwich.

To me that is the Best Arby’s to me because I have been at that location more than any other locations. I tend to know the employees more and I was always treated kindly, whether in drive thru, or dining in. The food has never been what I did not expect, and I feel they serve quicker than others. I can try any meal and I will trust their service because they train their employees to make it right. To be on a busy section in the fastest growing city in Kentucky impresses me because they get their food out quick and the stay busy. That roast beef with some cheddar makes my mouth water everytime. Next time I go to Georgetown I have to stop by…I love me some Georgetown Arby’s lol

Its so close between a 4 and 5 star… Food normally great, priced a little high… The menu does change up quite a bit whichs sucks if you like one of the items they remove from the menu… Tried the gyro this trip for lunch and the traditional meat is something very very good coming from a fast food joint!! Loaded curly fries actually heavily loaded, worth a visit or 2 for lunch or dinner

Ordered takeout through mobile. For some reason Arby’s app would not process GPay, but handled my regular card just fine. The employees were polite, and I got the correct order without unreasonable delay. The inside of the restaurant was clean, but Arby’s is still fast food, so don’t expect an amazing sit-down atmosphere. The Waygu Steakhouse burger was great. It was somewhere in the medium rare to medium range of doneness. It is above par for the price, although I wouldn’t rate it better than a Five Guy’s burger.

Fries tasted like fish, not sure if they cooked them in the same oil or not. They forgot 2 sandwiches in my bag. Fries were crunchy and stale. I told them my son had a sesame allergy so I asked for a regular bun instead, not sure if he didn’t understand what I meant or not but ended up on a sesame bun. Not sure if today was the usual way the business runs, if so I’m surprised they stay in business. I’ll try them out during the week instead of a Sunday and see if it was just a fluke.

Bun wasn’t toasted and barely had cheese and ranch on bun. Asked for 2 cups red ranch on side was none . Fries were lukewarm at best. Tried calling store several times and no one would answer the phone. How can I get this replaced if I cant speak to anyone?
