Crave Arby’s twice a year. When i do there’s nothing better than a roast beef n cheddar and curly fries. I went today and was very politely greeted at the counter and was told they had no roast beef. I feel that at this point further discussion of this event is not needed. Sonic it is I guess.

I absolutely love my Arbys. Not a single time, much unlike McDonalds and many other places, they DON’T steal items from you. I can’t even remember the last time I went here and was disappointed by the food. The only downside is that it CAN BE quite expensive. But when you compare the food to many other places in Town, there’s absolutely NO CONTEST!

Bro what kind of brisket is this? I mean I know this is Arby’s, but ya claim to be the king of THE MEATS. IM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I paid $6 for a charred paper thin sliced brisket substitute. Lmao. Thats being nice. 2/5* bc they were somewhat nice…with that said don’t count on them giving up Arby’s sauce they treat it like insulin!

If I could give zero stars I would because me and my wife waited nearly 25 minutes just to get cold food that also wasn’t what we ordered. Terrible service, not so great food, they need some managerial help cleary at night.

I’m extremely upset!!! Paris Kentucky, Arby’s SUCKS!! If they can’t do the product right they should close the doors not overcharge the customers!! They Charge me ($32.76!) For the nastiest food, & the laziest service I’ve ever had in 30yrs!! My wife order 2 lrge curly fries, Not!! 2-lrges , Oldest, greasiest, Bottom of the Bags leftovers!!! Waste that nobody wants to eat!! Two of the worst roast beef sandwiches, I’ve ever ate thats Old, Dry, pieces of hard, roast beef mixed in the fresh ones throughout the day to make people think it’s fresh and that, ps. they won’t lose inventory by mixing Old beef in with new! They butchered roast beef, so bad to do that.. pre-cut , large quantities & That my dog at home won’t even Touch!! !!!!!! What is wrong with,u Arby’s, I show showed Paris Arby’s my receipt, and ask for a refund! They won’t even do that anymore They tell u, to call back ,when the managers available. Because they know damn well the managers never going to be available..
