Not comfortable giving a fast food place 5 stars, but comparatively speaking, the remodeled Arby’s is doing well for the couple times I’ve been there. Food has been correct but the biggest improvement seems to be in the service. Nice job.

Place has all the lights on and people inside at 8:10 pm and yet no one is taking orders, making eye contact or at least having the respect to say we are closed. Counted at least four employees and the doors are locked and you can’t be bothered to turn off the outside lights or tell people in some way that you are closed? Poor customer service Arbys. Somehow feel as though your manager doesn’t care and neither obviously does the owner.

My waygu burger was delicious, but I didn’t see any bacon or ranch on it and the jamocha shake was also delicious but I could not taste any java, just mocha. Still really good and I will be back. Curly fries were amazing!
