I got three small chicken tenders in my meal. Two were pretty good. One was very tough and not edible. I told the lady cleaning up about it. She said, “I’ll tell them”. No one ever brought another piece of chicken, nor did they apologize. Very disappointed for a nine dollar lunch.

Teresa at the Harrodsburg Arby’s I asked was the fries fresh she touched the fry out of the fry bin n ate it right in front of me I have the date n time it happened that is very not professional to do at all n especially a manager n the other manager said I’ll talk to her I’ve been in restaurant business 21 yrs n I know nothing got done but I have taken further action. Lady took my order and told me to drive around. Once I drove around I see a lady with the headset outside smoking. Then was told they took my order but never put it in so I had to reorder everything. Fries, the half container we were actually given, were ice cold and hard. This is typical for this location. People are usually friendly but food is not good at all.

My wife asked for crinkle fries and could they make them extra crisp when we got our order they gave us 2 orders of curly fries took them back and they gave us crinkle fries that were barely done at this point we were just ready to eat and leave.
