We stopped in for dinner around 6pm. We ordered a children’s meal with a chicken slider. I was unaware that the sliders had cheese on them and my child has aversions to certain textures and could not eat it when it came out with cheese on it. This was my fault for not being aware of what was on the sandwich. I went up to the counter and explained the situation, apologized, and asked if there was any way they could make one plain. The two young ladies working up front were both blonde and both very kind. This complaint has nothing to do with them. The girl at the register asked the lady on the cook line to remake it for us. Well, the lady on the cook line was absolutely hysterical over it. She began to yell at the two young girls shouting, “I make what’s on my screen and it didn’t say no cheese” I took it upon myself to announce that the girls did nothing wrong and it was my fault for ordering it wrong. She still wouldn’t let it go. She continued huffing and puffing, cussing, and slamming things around until she finally threw the sandwich up in the window. It was humiliating for both me and the other employees. I think this lady may need some help because she was completely unhinged over having to remake a sandwich. We definitely won’t be back.

Third time here, we aim to give chances. Well, 3 strikes and you’re out! This place is dirty, ALL tables dirty while employees were standing around just talking and taking window orders. Soda machine, DISGUSTUNG. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the last time we were here. Food not hot, warm at best. Curly fries all broken, just tiny pieces. Manager needs to get his employees to doing and cleaning.

I only wanted to order 2for7 with NOTHING on it . That’s when the lady was taking my order and she said that they DIDN’T sell them plan . The manager on duty the next day I called and he said it was company policy that they could only take off one item if everyone ordered on plane then they didn’t want to sell them like that

Giving a 2 because poppers i received were good. BUT- Ordered large jalapeño poppers. Was asked to pull to side while they cooked fresh. Order was brought to car, and bag had large order container. Got home to find they had purposely placed a small order in a large container. They basically stole.

If you’re looking for fresh hot fries skip this location. Arby’s used to be a really good fast-food establishment. Now I avoid this location at all cost. The customer service is lacking, the food is mediocre and even if you ask for fresh hot fries (especially when they aren’t busy) it seems to be just too much trouble for the employees to be bothered with. They want to hurry you up, sling some food at you and get you on through there. You’d think they get paid by the order and not by the hour. I’d rather drive to Richmond Road location when I’m wanting some Arby’s. Waste of time and money.

Absolutely horrible!! The lady doing drive thru was very rude and disrespectful, i waited 20 minutes for mozzarella sticks and chicken! They didn’t even bring it out like they said I had to go in and remind them i was waiting. Took my whole lunch break time and the food wasn’t even hot.
