Asked the workers to wear gloves when making my food. Because they were touching their phones and the cash register. And never washed their hands. The worker had hella dirt u see how nails and they got mad at me for asking them to be sanitary. Would not recommend terrible service.

One of the rudest staffs that I’ve seen in a fastt food restaurant. They were rude to customers in front of me inside the restaurant, to customers in the drive thru, then to my wife and I. I was about to leave before ordering but I had a hungry child and not a lot of time. However, the owner of this place needs to know there are problems and their business needs attention. I’ll avoid that location from now on.

This restaurant has been slow since long before covid, so they can’t really use that as their excuse. But today was absolutely ridiculous. Just spent FORTY minutes trying to get a drink! Went through once, took about FORTY minutes to get chicken nuggets and a diet dr. Pepper. Ordered a large, paid for a large, they gave me a small. Whatever…. I was sick of waiting and left. Got a block away and realized they actually just gave me some kind of watered down… something… I don’t even know. Went back, told them at speaker and they said pull up. So I did… one car in front of me so thought maybe it’d be quicker this time. They took the person’s payment, gave them their food then brought a pup cup for their dog. Thought… oh that’s nice… then they proceeded to sit there and feed it to the dog themselves while holding a full conversation all while a line backs up around the building. Tried to call a couple times to just get a refund but of course they didn’t answer. Will never waste another second at Arby’s.
