Ordered DoorDash from this restaurant. Was missing half of my items, and ingredients I said to remove from the sandwich were on there, if someone had an allergy (I don’t so I just removed the ingredients in question) it could be very harmful. Feel like all these issues could be fixed with just the staff reading the order and double checking before they send it out. Unprofessional.

I got a double roast beef and it was like a steamroller had run it over and the taste was not good. My son also did not like his beef and cheddar. I use to really like Arby’s. Probably won’t be back for a while if ever.

This location sucks! Ordered large strawberry lemonade twice and it comes in the small cups, but you pay for large. All of the other Arby’s locations give you an actual LARGE! The staff isn’t friendly and they are ridiculously slow. I will not be back to this location again!

Awful! Took way too long for only 1 other person in line. Maybe because 2 guys smoking cigarettes both wearing headsets were outside instead of helping customers. I don’t know how it takes that long to put little to no meat and cheese on 2 beef n’ cheddars. At least the lady who gave me my meal in the drive thru asked if I needed any sauce but couldn’t give me napkins or the receipt. Overall all I wish I could be terrible at my job and still get paid. Thanks for an awful experience Arby’s. Maybe get Bo Dietel back so he can investigate why your customer service is miserable!

Food was very good as usual and the service was fast and friendly. BUT: it seems ARBY’S has decided to drop the discount for Senior Citizens, and Veterans. Thanks ARBY’S,with the ever shrinking sandwiches and the ever increasing prices, ARBY’S is just too expensive. Hopefully Roy Rogers will make a good comeback in this area…..

Lady running the drive thru was struggling a bit. I’m assuming she was new… but she had issues with the cash register, and tried sending us on our way multiple times with parts of our order still missing. After a bit, we got the rest of our order and went on our merry way.

Had the garlic ribeye sandwich. It was good. Thought it was a little expensive, but everything seems to expensive to me these days. The sandwich is offered for a limited time & it’s time is ending soon. The guy that was working there was very nice & helpful with my selection. The only disappointment I had was no reward on the app unless you ordered ahead. When you are unsure of your choice you are getting punished. You are still spending money there.
