I love the french dip sandwiches they have there. First time I’ve ever tried one and it was off the chain. Went back a week later to get me two more and they didn’t even have the sauce you dip it in. And it seems like they only have one person working there at night time it was worth the wait if I wasn’t in a hurry

This Arby’s restaurant located in Russell, KY is absolutely awful and honestly very lazy. I always go to the Arby’s on Winchester Ave. now instead because I know how it goes at this place. If you try to order things within around 2 hours of closing, they constantly say “they’re out of that” or they don’t have stuff to make more. There is one employee who was helpful at one of our visits. An older, very skinny female. Other than that, they’ve been downright rude and make you feel as if you’re bothering them by coming to this restaurant to order food. Our family spends a lot of money at this specific restaurant so I suggest anyone wanting Arby’s foods avoids this place completely and goes to the Arby’s restaurant on Winchester Ave in downtown Ashland as it’s not far from this one at all. I don’t do these reviews ever because I don’t like complaining people- but here I am, complaining… to try to avoid anyone else having to deal with these rude and unwelcoming employees.

Eight dollar sandwich is missing ingredients no cheddar on a half pound beef & cheddar Wow only filled my large fry up halfway and was extremely skimpy on a six dollar chocolate shake couldn’t even put a decent amount of chocolate sauce on top WILL NOT BE BACK 3Rd mess up in a row!!! Not to mention it took 15 minutes for four cars to go through WHY?

Expensive and nasty! The restaurant service was good. The cheese steak ribeye sandwich was horrible and expensive . Not sure how Arby’s makes this meat tasteless but it managed it. Don’t pay $12 for this tasteless piece of chipped cardboard with bland cheese and peppers. Even adding lettuce and mayo to this sandwich didn’t add taste. I don’t recommend this sandwich and I am recommending you save your money and make a different choice of sandwich or restaurant.
