Not my favorite Arby’s for the food but convenient considering the location when you are passing through. The portion sizes here are noticeable smaller than other locations for some reason. Some concerning rumors on social media about the quality of the food, but nothing I have personally seen.

Got a roast beef market fresh!! Dry bread little piece of lettuce. No onion like it use to have , no tomatoes not even a little mayo. The one in Louisa ky is even worse. They were out of most food . Ate in that time , got my order wrong three times, just finally ate what they gave me. Suggested Arby’s to my sister and brother-in Law. So embarrassing. Think I am finished with Arby’s for awhile.

I paid over $8 (including tax) for a new Petite steak filet sandwich (Steak and Bacon melt). When I got home and opened up the box, it was actually a slab of breaded chicken with what I assume is corned beef or roast beef on top (with barely cooked bacon possibly). There was no sauce on it either, so the question here is what kind of sandwich is this? It’s definitely not a steak and bacon melt, but I don’t believe it’s any other sandwich on their menu either. There was no cheese or sauce on it, either, so it’s not a cordon bleu sandwich. Other than that… I think they just tossed anything on bread and gave it to me.

Good flavor, but slow, an my burger was cold an they forgot my bacon, I backed back up the window girl told kitchen but they argued so she showed em an the gave me one piece lol, window girl was nice though, currently driving back do to the missing beef an cheddar . Atleast the window girl corrected it with no issue .

My wife and I went there around 9 tonight. We didn’t know if it was open do to all the outside lights being off. We gave it a shot and went in, didn’t seem like anyone wanted to take our order, they where to busy trying to do what looked like to be pre-closing but when we finally did get to order and got our food the roast beef was cold and dry, the curly fries was cold. This place has gone downhill, not as good as it use to be. My wife and I should have just left and went somewhere else where our business would have been welcoming.
