Super clean store, the food is always fresh and great quality, and the staff and service is amazing. It’s the best Arby’s location in Eastern Ky. Breakfast is amazing as well. The girl that usually makes the food on the line always gives the best quality food I’ve had when I come here haven’t had any issues with hard biscuits or croissants or cold products when she makes my food. Even though she is only making the food and not able to ring me up if I am waiting for the cashier to come and get me she will stop what she’s doing and talk to me and ask me what I’m getting so she can go ahead and get what I’m wanting ready and won’t have to wait too much longer. I love this place and the atmosphere

The staff are very nice and the food is really good. My favorite is the Arby’s Super (which a lot of people don’t know can still be ordered). I usually eat here 2 to 3 times monthly and it is always good.

Price is to high for what you get. If I got a nice deli style sandwich I would pay the prices alone more but eat here sometimes because the food just isn’t worth it. The atmosphere needs updated to feel more of a deli feel instead of fast food, that is what they are trying to sell us on, fresh sliced deli meets. And the service is crazy at Hazard is all I can say in Drive through. Making me wait at 1st window for a couple minutes so they could get caught up. And another time they had us wait on change for a long time even had are food at the next window before we got are change for a 50. Let’s be real it was 30 bucks worth stuff so 20 dollars change should have been no issue. So 3 stars ✨ is all they get from me.

I got told sauces was in bag..checked and they wasnt. Then got told “I’m not supposed to but I will” when I asked for tartar sauce for the 5 pieces of fish I just paid 8 bucks for. $45 dollar total order I think they could afford to give me sauces. I’ll give 3 stars of food itself..it was good…service lacked much to be desired.

This restaurant is terrible, they disrespect the veterans in hazard on veterans day and do not respect veterans and when asked for free combo on veterans day they refused, and only offered only a 5% discount on already high prices on thier food ,for this reason I don’t recommend anyone eat here any more until they change thier policy to feed veterans on veterans day and stop being rude and disrespecting thier service and sacrifices for our country.
