My sandwich was burnt. I eat the same one everytime I come . They said it was because of the grease and batter but they would cook another one. IN THE SAME GREASE and guess what it was burnt again .

Last 2 visits my order was incorrect. Think I would of checked on my next visit but I didn’t lol. Employees on each of my visits have been polite and quick. The classic French dip and Swiss was not good. Oddly the bread became gummy after dipping. Horrible. Roast beef sandwiches and their Reuben had no complaints and seem to be enjoyed by everyone

This Arbys takes the crown of bowling greens worst fast food joints. If you consistently want the wrong order, slow service, and poorly prepared food, then this place is for you. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed. It should be shut down. I’m not even sure they have managers there at this point. Avoid this place like the plague. Against my better judgement, I’ve been here 5 times over the past 2 years and it’s in shambles every single time.

This is the second time I am doing a review for my last visit since for some reason my first review didn’t go through so let’s try this again. Normally I enjoy eating at this location but last few times I was extremely disappointed . Earlier today went to Arby’s and picked up $20 worth of food. The chicken was slightly burned and greasy. The roast beef was very cold to the touch almost refrigerator cold. The bun was dry and falling apart and the fries was cold dry and hard. I’m not sure what’s going on with Arby’s but the price is inclining and the quality of food is declining.

I ordered a gyro with extra sauce. I received some sort of prank gyro. They smothered it in the sauce so much that it was too disgusting to eat it all. The pita was soggy, the wrapper had it all over, every bite was nothing but sauce. I ended up throwing half away. Idk if it was an employee thinking it was funny or what, but I won’t be back to that location.

The restaurant inside smells horrible. The way that they send food through DoorDash is completely shameful. Everything thrown in the bag, hardly any sauces on the sandwiches. I love arbys but refuse to order from this location.

I stop at this Arbys often and really had no problems with the food or service. It is usually very quick at the drive-thru or dine in, but if it’s not it’s something out of their control. Everyone I talk to there is nice and never rude. The only minor quibble I have is that you have to check if you get the sauces you requested or not requested (ex. I ask for no Horsey sauce but sometimes still get it).
