Today was my first time eating at this location. I got carryout, but went in to get it. The young girl at the counter was friendly enough, but very soft spoken. The lobby and seating area is tiny, minimal seating for those dining in. I noticed the other employees didn’t look happy or friendly at all. One of the female workers was sitting in a computer chair in plain sight of where you order, behind the cashier. The food took a little bit to receive, but it did taste fresh and great!! Overall I would return.

We are very unhappy with our meals that we were served. The sandwiches were cold and the roast beef did not live up to what we are accustomed to at other Arby’s locations. Unsatisfactory! They don’t have the meats at this joint!

We were there when it was supposed to open. Knocked on door so they would unlock the door. Ordered, waited way too long for food. Said they just opened and had to wait for nuggets. While our sandwiches were sitting on the counter. The fries n nuggets were in holding area. When I asked what was taking so long, they stopped talking n she went over n placed them on the tray.

Shake was fine, line was long so it had sat for awhile. They said their credit card machine wasn’t working so it was taking longer. Id suggest they wait to pour it for a bit if thats the case.

Great clean store. Freshly opened in August. It’s a smaller restaurant but the super friendly staff is awesome. Clean parking lot, nice view looking at the highway traffic. Relaxing, peaceful setting. Great addition to the local community. Family friendly with smiles as soon as you come in the door. Hometown team with excellent quality. Food is fresh, pleasant and hot. Excellent place to check out.

The food is good, however the service is abysmal. They claimed I had received both of the two bags of food, when in reality I had gotten one, and fought with my girlfriend about giving me the rest of it. I went in again and could hear plenty of snide comments about the situation, and when I got the rest of the food, one woman said “here’s this, even though he’s already gotten it” and handed the food to someone to hand to me. If you’re going to make comments, at least make it to a person’s face instead of hiding behind your younger (and much nicer) coworkers. If any general manager or anything reads this, it was an online order placed at 5:04 PM on December 14th, and picked up the first bit around 5:20. Feel free to check the cameras, and PLEASE do something to the person who sees fit to lie and make snide comments to customers.

Roast beef sandwich was good. Fries were fresh. Brisket was very tough and dried out. The lady who waited on us was very friendly, the restaurant was filthy. Every table was dirty and there was food all over the floor.
