This was the worst visit we’ve ever had. We were traveling through and usually can grab and go food here. We went in and ordered two sandwiches one wrap and a curly fry 2 drinks. We asked for the wrap to be warmed(came out cold) my turkey BLT was supposed to be no ranch/sub mayo and toasted.. came out no bacon, no tomato, ranch and not toasted at all. Curly fries were soggy and tasted like old oil and our other sandwich was so saucy we just threw it away for fear we’d be covered in Arby’s sauce just opening it. The manager was also rude when asked if the club sandwich or wrap could be warmed. Also, a kid came in from break made a shake licked the shake cup all over bc he clearly overfilled and headed straight back to prep line. Not even washing hands or anything and placed his slobber covered drink right by prep area where our food was being made. Embarrassing and shocked at this establishment and the quality of service/food/MGMT and employee disregard in food safety

The food was okay. But a manager was so loud the whole time we were eating. Calling orders to the people in the back and drive thru people kept coming back in because they’re orders were wrong. Only 2 other people in the dining room.

A lot of work to be done here. Poor training of employees, poor management practices, no accountability of lacking customer service. Drive thru employees are rude more often than not. I have never received an order that was correct. I have gotten home to find items missing. I have learned to check my order at the drive thru window before driving away. When you do ask for missing or incorrect items, employees are not very cordial. They make you feel like it’s a terrible thing to actually get what you asked for. I feel like the problem with this store is very poor training of employees. I love Arby’s food, but I do not like this store and would rather drive to Somerset or Campbellsville.

It’s a hit or miss at this location. Sometimes the food/service is great and sometimes it’s just awful. Our hashbrowns were undercooked and dripping in grease and as usual our order was wrong & the roast beef was not the best. Maybe next time.

Typical Arby’s. As soon as we walked in we noticed the one speaker in the dining room was blasting. Not welcoming at all! The employees greeted us and took our order. Tea was not out by the self serve but the employees happily got it for us. Food was served quickly and what we expected except for the curly fries that were not fresh. Employees happily refilled our tea several times each. Very good tea!
