This is no doubt the friendliest and cleanest Arby’s I have ever visited. The person behind the counter was cleanly, dressed and very polite and friendly. It looks brand new, and even the bathrooms are immaculate. The person at the counter said that this Arby’s has been here for quite some time though.

This experience really could have been better. We did get our chicken bacon swiss sandwiches quickly, but they were lukewarm at best. The chicken pieces were small and nowhere near hot. The piece of swiss cheese had zero signs of being melted. And the three tiny pieces of bacon were just insulting.

My favorite fast food place. However, yesterday my order was incorrect. Before I took into car, noticed it. Lady would not take it back. Said I had to keep it. After a substantial wait, received my correct order. Manager was rude. Yes, I dropped the incorrect order at window.
