I always look forward to lent because I know Arby’s will have their fish sandwich. It’s very good! I never cared for their regular fries.. got to say they were very crisp,, soft in the middle and delicious. Don’t know what they changed but I hope they keep it as it is now..

The customer service was really great. The food was okay. The kids meals are NOT worth the cost! The sandwiches are tiny. Pathetically small. They charge so much for a kid’s meal and you barely get anything.

On Wednesday, February 8th at 10:30am I ordered through the drive thru. The lady who took my order repeated it back and everything was correct. When I got home none of my food was right. I didn’t have time to bring it back because of work. Biggest waste of money and I didn’t get to eat before work because this Arbys messed up my order. Also, I’ve ordered loaded Mac n cheese here many times and they never made it “loaded” just served it plain. Waste of $ every time. Don’t come to this arbys

Sliders were lukewarm at best. The fries were a little hotter but not much. Saturday evening around 5:00 one other group were eating in the restaurant besides my daughter and me and they left shortly after we sat down. The manager was walking around behind the counter and did not greet us and they were not busy.
