You don’t get what you see and pay for. They refuse to add red ranch sauce on beef n cheddar sandwiches unless you physically ask them. And even still you need to double check it. It happens every time. And I spoke to manager a couple times about it and the excuse is ” Nobody else wants it on there. ” They should be the ones to ASK to leave it off, and I shouldn’t need to ask to put it on!!! Food is good when its made right.

Tried the new Wagyu burger. It was burnt to a crisp – literally black and hard as a rock all over the outside. I had to peel off the burned ‘skin’. Also, there as about a thimble-full of the ranch sauce that was supposed to be on it.

I use to love eating at Arby’s in Mount Vernon, Ohio. For the past year the food has declined and the buns to the sandwiches are horrible! They’re stale,dry and just fall apart! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Seems they have a lot of employees with a good work ethic. Rarely do I have to wait on anything. The new wings are fab but make sure you grab a drink bc they are lol loved them!

The people were very friendly and efficient, and that’s why this place gets at least two stars. Aside from that, anytime I ordered the sandwich is always very dry no matter how much extra cheese or sauce I add. The fries are generally also hard.
