Is this the Arby’s next to Kroger on Powell rd? If so, I just wanted to say that I only come to this one, because they always make the best food! My husband loves the Turkey Ranch & bacon sandwich, and Daryl and the girls in drive-thru always take good care of us! They are professional, fast, and the food is always perfect! Thank you!

This Arby’s is terrible. When I went with my wife they were out of curly fries. How does that happen? When I paid the cashier was extremely rude and waved me off when I tried to pay with a coupon. Coupon wasn’t difficult to use, it was just something I received in the mail recently. Never coming back here.

While placing my order I asked for jalapeño poppers and the lady says do you see it on the menu with a very nasty attitude. I apologized saying I’m sorry I didn’t know you discontinued them. She then got smart with me again and I just drove off. Never again. I’ve worked customer service for over 20 years and would have never let that slip out of my mouth. I know it doesn’t matter but will never go back to this location.

I just made about $25 purchase today at the location in Powell, OH and they messed my order up. Ordered a double beef and cheddar large, kids meal n a Gyro. The beef n cheddar, did Not have any cheddar and the best part of Arby’s, the Curly Fries, were Not in my bag. We tried calling back and of course, no one answered. I was wondering why the line was so low and now I know why.
