I’ve been to this Arby’s 5 times now. The worst part of it; the tattooed chick at the registers. She’s consistently-extremely rude and acts like I’m bothering her. Gives me a hard time when I use coupons. She definitely needs to find a job that doesn’t require interacting with people. The food there is never fresh and the dining area is always dirty. Always empty (and dirty) containers of condiments, napkins, utensils and beverages. I’ll never go to S Bloomfield location again.

Seems like every time I order something is wrong. Got cheese sticks and asked for marinara. But of course wasn’t in the bag. Who eats cheese sticks without it? Tonight order chicken bacon ranch fries. Except there isn’t any chicken. Had to look it up to make sure it was supposed to have chicken. Yep. This store was out of EVERYTHING! Crinkle fries, Wygu burgers, Ketchup, large fry containers so if you bought a large, they ONLY GAVE YOU A MEDIUM, They could have at least given you two smalls or something to compensate for it. There was more items they were out of as well. Management has to be poor to run out of ALL THESE THINGS AT ONCE! DO BETTER ARBYS!

I would give zero stars if I could. If you have a coupon, the pricing of the “2 can dine for $9.99” rings up as $13.59, resulting in a $3.60 overcharge, not including tax. Had to have the manager manually remove money from the order, and he stated he had been charging people incorrectly for quite some time. The food was cold and gross. Rax is further up 23 and SOOOOOOO MUCH BETTER THAN ARBYS!! I should have gone there in the first place and supported a franchise that actually gets things right. This Arbys is just plain theiving at this point. I wonder how many people have paid the wrong price? It’s disappointing when prices are already so high! You think you are saving some money, but actually are not!

This is my Arby’s. Their food is always hot and fresh. I was lucky enough to get 2 venison sandwiches today. It felt like eating filet on a bun. I had one plain and one with the toppings. Both were amazingly good. Tender, lightly flavored taste in accustomed with deer meat and not a bad deal for $7.
