Do not eat at this location! Twice now I have waited 5 min for someone to ask my order at the drive through. Ended up driving away both times. Go spend your money somewhere that at least acknowledges you.

I’ve never had a problem with this Arby’s and I’m a local. I have been going to this Arby’s for at least 20 years. Has the inside been closed due to lack of workers. Of course. Just like any other fast food lately. I call that working smarter not harder. I’ve never waited even 3 minutes to have my order taken. Maybe I’m lucky because trust me. Waiting more than that and I’m moving on. Even when short staffed I’m always treated nice. I guess you get what you give. I have empathy and patience. Except at Walmart! Anyways they have great coupons, food and staff. Sometimes hungry people are the worse people to deal with. I couldn’t and wouldn’t do it. Thank you staff at Arby’s for serving our community and keeping a clean store.

Worst Arby’s ever. They put bbq sauce on their chocolate milkshakes and they ALWAYS mess up your order ALWAYS no matter what time you go there. If you want Arby’s don’t go to the south high st location, go to alum creek. They always get it right at that one.

I went to Arby’s today for a late lunch to the drive through and the drive through lady didn’t even say hi how can I help you or anything and just greeted me by saying “we’re out of roast beef” (I’m pescatarian so I wasn’t even going to get that anyways) and I told her I wasn’t ordering that anyways and instead of asking what I’d want instead she just said “have a nice day”..? Do you not want service? There were several cars in the parking lot, they’re not closed so I don’t see why I couldn’t order what I wanted. I was disgusted with this Arby’s today am never going back to it again. I felt extremely disrespected

The food is good when they are open. I’ve stopped here at least 10 times after 8:30pm but before the listed closing time to find them not open. Please at least turn off your sign and/or menu lights if you’re not serving customers.
