Second time “trying” to get food here tonight. HOW CAN YOU BE OUT OF ROAST BEEF??? A few weeks ago you were out of the cranberry chicken salad I had a craving for. I’ve given this place enough chances lately. I’m done! This location (W Broad St/across from Giant Eagle) has gone down hill, big time.

Their Lil hush puppy coated fish.things are straight trash. They forgot one of our fries, which happens from time to time. Oh and pur cheese sauce! 🙁 But that fish was super disappointing, seasoning was non exsistant, hush puppy feel, non exsistant, it literally lacked all the flavor you’d expect from an oversized fish stick.

Prices on entire menu have gone up & they cut the portion sizes by half. Medium fries & drink are now a small, small is now the kiddie size. To add insult to injury I get all the way home & the medium (SMALL) fry box was only half filled. Plus they discontinued turnovers. Not paying $11 for skimpy portions. Arby’s lost my business.

On W. Broad St. By giant eagle is the best one on this side of town. I don’t recommend the Georgesville Rd location. It’s Never fresh. This location is starting to get bad. I ordered roast beef sandwiches of course and they don’t have enough roast beef on them. What’s the point of paying all that money for half a sandwich.

Angela informed me that they were out of diablo sauce for the fries, and I asked if I could just have Buffalo sauce instead. She said no. Great service Angela, especially when They will just give you a side of sauce at the window. Way to go.

I had made a post about this place several years ago but decided to try again. I shouldn’t have wasted my time. I purchased 2 chicken sandwiches that were clearly burned; they were inedible and had to be thrown away. I don’t understand why food was served in that state. Yet, again I wasted my time and money purchasing from them.
