No dining room eating, but drive thru was fast, accurate order delivery and staffed by a friendly young man. The gyro sandwiches were tasty. I did have to get more sauce, and add more lettuce at home. I’d buy them again.

Went into this one’s drive-thru today with 2 coupons, one was 3 sliders for $5, the other 4 mozzarella sticks for $2.29. First coupon went in after waiting a couple minutes for him to enter it, second one?..not so much. Guy tells me it’s not in his computer for $2.29 but actually $2.49. I look again at the coupon I got from their standard flyer that goes out into every mailbox in Columbus proper…nope, 4/30 expiration and $2.29. I’m pretty good with numbers and English…ABET accredited mechanical engineer and born a half mile from Pitt stadium. But he’s so sure of himself and whines that he’d have to get the manager to override it. I said ‘go for it, I got time’. He does nothing. I told him 5 times that I’m happy to show the coupon to him and his manager, and that Arby’s is not like KFC where the coupons are not necessarily accepted at all stores…regardless, why would the first coupon work but not the second one, both being from the same flyer? He just breathes and does nothing. Maybe the huge delay in entering the first coupon was the hint…new guy? I go bye bye.

Dine-in is not available; drive-thru only. Fish and fries tasted like they had been kept warm for a while. We asked for extra sauerkraut on 2 reuben sandwiches, and one had almost no sauerkraut. Overall very disappointed.

Wow…worse than I thought it would be! Roast beef classic was just bun and dry meat! No sauce or lettuce or tomato for almost $5! I had to ask for a packet of mayo! Won’t order it ever again!

Love Arby’s when I get a craving for it…. I am very soft-spoken and polite, but was met with a very unhappy teenager in the drive-thru. Shoved my bag of food through my window, then Slammed his window. Whatever is going on with you Kiddo, please figure it out.

The worst arbys to go to. It’s amazing they are even open at times with how short staffed, slow, poor quality and ridiculous this Arby’s can be. If you want to be disappointed by an Arby’s this is where you come.

Usually satisfied with Arby’s, not so much this time. I must’ve got the bottom of the curly fries, I didn’t get 1 single ‘curly’ fry and they were WAY too crunchy (burnt). The French Dip was good, just NOT enough Au Jus on the side for the price (even w/inflation).

I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. It’s very obvious that they are understaffed. Their dining room has been closed for months and their hours are severely shortened. I know times are hard. However, a 10-minute wait at the drive thru only to get a half-full cup of fries and no cheddar or Arby’s sauce on my beef and cheddar is incredibly disappointing. Especially (based on the uniforms) when the manager is the one making my food. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

I’ve been to this location twice now in the last six months – on my last visit, the cashier was incredibly rude. This time, I received a completely incorrect order. Not only that, but I ordered the $7, 9 piece boneless wings and was charged $10. Incorrect advertising? Won’t be back, plenty of other choices in the area.
