Food gets no stars from me! The roast beef was cut so thick it was nasty. I’m not going back here for a while. Please, Arby’s, do better. It’s supposed to be thinly sliced. At least that’s what the commercial says.

I always give it a couple weeks/months before leaving a review, but everytime I come through the drive through at least one order is completely forgotten. today it was an order of nuggets. when going in to retrieve the forgotten items, I always notice a greasy, crumby, dirty kitchen and a lobby that isn’t well taken care of.

Our experienced today wasn’t everything we’d hoped. The order-taker seemed a little confused. The crinkle cut fries weren’t as hot as they should have been. I will say that the new All American Sandwich they have, is mighty delicious. I had a Reuben, which is always good, but it wasn’t as warm as it should have been.

If I could give zero stars for service I would. Our order did not get filled and when we asked about it the women was very rude and never apologized and acted like she was questioning us. Food was not up to Arby’s typical food.

Service was terrible. Two people in our group did not receive their food for over 20 minutes. When they went to check on it, the lady working was rude. Never apologized. It took 25 minutes to get 2 average sandwich’s.

We went here Saturday night late. I just want to recognize the young lady working BY HERSELF!!! SHE WAS AMAZING. SHE was polite, kept her calm demeanor and the food was wonderful. It is such a shame that ANYBODY SHOULD HAVE TO TAKE ORDERS, AND COOK BY THEMSELVES!! SHE UP FRONT TOLD US IT WOULD BE ABOUT 15 MINUTE WAIT….IT WAS 20. THERE WAS STILL A LONG LINE. THIS GIRL/ WOMAN DESERVES SOME SERIOUS RECONITION FOR HER SERVICES. NOT MANY PEOPLE WOULD HAVE STAYED. NOR CONTINUED WORKING WITH A SMILE! THANK YOU! I WISH I CAUGHT YOUR NAME….YOU WAS GREAT!
