Stopped in during lunch rush and expecting a wait and was in and out in 3 minutes. Michele was friendly and kind. Kitchen Staff not only got our order out fast, but the drive-through was moving fast as well. The sandwich was well built and delicious. This Arby’s was amazing.

Ordinarily all these fast food places tend to be the same, but this location is consistently awful. You can expect a 20-30 min drive-thru wait over lunch due to a “staff shortage” that’s been occurring for 3 years now, which isn’t so much of a shortage as it is ownership’s failure to hire enough employees and pay them what the job is worth. Items are routinely missing from orders, and the last roast beef sandwich I got here was, for whatever revolting reason, wet. Maumee has plenty of food options, and this Arby’s is bad enough that it should never be on your radar.

They were short-handed (which is to be expected, currently). The wait was extremely long, but we were patient and understanding (as we should all be). Our food was served with kindness, and they only forgot one fry, which they quickly remedied.

I waited 8 minutes for anyone to take my order. I pulled up to window, they took my money, and didn’t return to window with my food for probably 5 minutes. I understand every place is understaffed, but by the time I got home my order was cold . I won’t be returning…

Food good the language used is not nice heard the F word from employees over 5 times makes me not want to come here anymore. Employees were nice just bad language in their conversations. But customers could hear. Need to use inside voice(maumee oh on drussel)
