Had to stop coming to this location. People are great, but there’s potholes in the parking lot that can very easily cause damage that hasn’t been repaired. And because of the layout of the lot, you’re forced to drive over them twice from the drive thru. My complaint via the website didn’t get any results.

My husband placed in order online. I went in to pick it up. Said it would be ready in 5 mins and I got there and had to wait 15 extra mins. The front area where you order is falling apart (pieces of wood sticking out and customers running into it) and the floor was cracked. They were busy…yet ALL of our food was cold. We had cold burnt fries that were chewy and reeked of perfume. The bread on his roast beef dip sandwich was rock hard. I went to leave and she never handed me a receipt. We had to throw $25 worth of food away. The best part was the pop we ordered…except when they put the sticker on top it stuck paper over the seal where the straw goes. We will not be using this location ever again.

We went through the drive thru. The attendant was very nice. While we were waiting for the food he shared with us different recipes that he puts the Arby’s sauce on. This gentleman was a pleasure to interact with.

Just went through the drive through on 8-2-22 and holy cow the food was terrible. I got a French dip swiss and instead of sliced and nice and neat it looked like all the shavings that fell on the floor and balled up and put on my sandwich. Then the taste was not what it used to be. Then the other sandwich my buddy got looked like the left over meat that fell on the floor and waded up in a ball. Not sure if they switched roast beef from sliced to wadded ball of meat but I hated it. Couldn’t even stomach the rest of this and I was super hungry. Bad bad experience.

I ordered 4 beef & cheddars, a kids meal, 4 piece jalapeno poppers & my fried food was cold/stale they only gave me 2 packs of arbys sauce & 2 packs of horsey sauce for 4 sandwiches, 1 napkin. My beef & cheddar had 1 tablespoon of cheese on it, which made for a very dry sandwich, especially since I got shorted on sauce.
