Service was good but the sandwiches were cold and the bread was either stale or sat out too long. The fries were cold like the rest of the meal. What happened to having fresh hat sandwiches. I know it’s fast food but it could still be hot and fresh.

Terrible. Curly fries were all over cooked broken up bits. Zero curls. Fish sandwich was dried out like it had been cooked earlier and sitting for a while. This all at 10:45 am. Really has gone downhill.

So, hmmm, what in the world happened to Arbys original onion bun? Its been changed! And the roast beef seemed lower quality. Major bummer! Jamocha shake amd fries have stayed tried & true. Service was speedy & customer service was very good & personable! The jalepeno poppers were piping hot & delish! The 3 stars is more about the change in the bun..come on! This is your signature sandwhich your playin’ with!

Horrible. Service. They forgot my au ju went around to get it was told they were out. I politely said if you told me i would of ordered something else. I said that twice. No offer for a different meal. Or refund. I was stuck with what i got. 8pm monday oct 17th was when i went thru. All i got was sorry we will have some tomorrow. You probably need to teach the girl at the window about customer service. I will not be back.
