Clean, quality food & great staff. We were there at 7 pm on Thursday evening every staff member we interacted with was super nice. We interacted with 3 staff members at different times. Definitely will be back !

Order a crispy chicken wrap and instead got a turkey bacon ranch meal. Also ordered two fountain drinks and two milkshakes. When i got to the window was not given the drinks i ordered and the window people proceeded to argue with me about what was put in as my order. Upon arriving at the window the employees were chit chatting away and not paying attention to the customers. The wrong meal also not noticed till arriving at home.

How do I give negative stars, worst arby’s I’ve ever been to!!! Ordered a grilled swiss chicken sandwich, got a fried swiss chicken sandwich, returned to get the right sandwich and was given a completely soggy buffalo chicken sandwich, then waited again in line behind six cars while the rest of my food went cold! The first wait was approximately 15 minutes! So I spend a total of about 30 minutes of my time for a twenty dollar meal!!! And these workers want 15 dollars a hour, and then these workers have the audacity to set up a tip cup?? Are you kidding me?? Businesses like this is exactly what’s wrong with this world today!!!! Arby’s will not get another dollar of my honestly earned money!!! Learn how to read a food ticket then ask for a raise!!

Went through Arby’s this afternoon (April 23, 2022 ) and ordered a chicken nugget kids meal for my 5 year old. Get home with the food and find a jalapeno popper at the bottom of his nuggets. Seriously??? If he would’ve bit into that, and burned his mouth then someone would’ve been in trouble to say the least.. also I don’t know if he’s allergic to that. It could’ve potentially killed my child. Idk if it was an accident or someone working there thinks that its funny to try to hurt children but I suggest everyone working there pay more attention to what’s going on. Completely ridiculous.
