I bought a classic roast beef sandwich at 2:30pm. It was old. The bun was rubbery and the meat had no flavor or smell, even. I was too busy to bother driving back to see about returning it- if you even can.

Went through the drive through recently (October 2022) and received coca cola with absolutely no syrup…carbonated water. Went again two weeks or so later (halloween-ish) and again, same thing, carbonated water. Reaching out to corporate yields absolutely zero response in the past so if asked to do it again, I won’t hold my breath. Food has also been tasting old. This place used to be so much better. At least the dining room is finally open again so when they inevitably mess up your order, its easier to go inside and fix it than having to sit in a 20 minute line.

Decided to try the Wagyu burger. Ordered online. Specified no red onions, no pickles, no burger sauce (looks like 1000 island) and they ignored it completely. I’m allergic to pickles so this burger is ruined and I can’t eat it. Now I have to make other arrangements for my dinner. Oh and my curly fries were VERY overcooked, a few were even burnt. UPDATE: filled out the form, and someone seems to have attempted to call me but left no message & hasn’t tried calling again since. Guess they don’t really care. Just went thru the motions of an attempted call to get corporate off their backs

Tried the Meat Mountain sandwich today and it was pretty amazing! Had to wait a while because something was wrong with the shake machine but still a pleasant visit. Staff were all very friendly!

Every time I go here it’s always something. Today I got poppers that were so old and dried out from sitting under the heat lamps too long, and we’re sprawled out at the bottom of my bag not even in the container. Normally my order is missing something, but luckily today I got all my stale food.
