Nice fast food theme. Crew is pleasant and did thier job. Arby’s has always priced slightly higher, with slightly smaller portions. No surprise here. I’ll stop again, knowing I need to order up to get an equivalent meal to other “Big Two.”

Normally I Love Arby’s, I had the Chicken pecan sandwich. The food was just ok at best , nothing really wrong with it, it just didnt show any care . The lettuce was fresh-ish but crumbled up on one side of the sandwhich with the chicken salad on the other. For the cost I wouldn’t brag about it. It’s not like I won’t go there again. If there is a better option I would definitely go there before Arby’s. For a while until I miss the jamoca shake too much and go running back that is.

I still like Arby’s but am becoming more and more disappointed with them all the time. First I find out that they no longer offer potato cakes on tge menu. My favorite thing, but corporate says they’re gone. And now they no longer offer their chicken cordon blue sandwich. They have managed to take off my 2 favorite foods from their menu now. I don’t know…

First time getting Arbys in awhile and I was very excited, however, that excitement quickly faded when I got home and realized someone had stolen more than half of my fries! I mean, seriously Arbys, how is this acceptable? It’s actually laughable! In addition, a beef n cheddar was missing, but my turkey swiss was pretty good, and my son liked his French dip. It’s too bad…I really used to enjoy going to Arbys when I was younger. They were always so unique with their roast beef and curly fries

Terrible customer service the boy who ever was taking drive thru kept rushing me the entire order like he had to go some where. Order the new burger sandwhich never got it. Got a chicken and when I took it out there was more bun than chicken. Well we will continue to go to Wendy’s better food and way better fries. Milk shakes were terrible as well we will continue to get frosty to.

Went through drivethru ordered a Kings Hawaiian fish sandwich and spicy fish sandwich. I asked for cheese sauce instead of the slice with no tomato. Got home no lettuce or tartar sauce with both cheeses. Couldn’t finish it as it was put together so sloppy. I understand that my food isn’t going to look like commercial food. But they just slopped this together to where the roll was falling apart. Same for my husbands fish sandwich. I guess it was more important to keep asking us if “that was it” or “anything else” than to make food that was edible. This place is usually amazing. Which is what makes this experience so disappointing.
