Hire someone else for the drive thru. The current heavyset woman working it is very rude and unprofessional. She’s the first and last person you see here and it should be someone kinder and doesn’t bite your head off if you need a sauce or have a quick question. She has one expression every time I’m here and it’s this mad face. Arby’s do better! Starting to miss the old run down location with the better employees.

I work nearby at night in this area and usually want to bring home some food on my way back. Lots of options in this area, but I seem to continually choose Arby’s for a few reasons. One being the ever-changing deals and specials available especially with the high cost of everything lately. Secondly, an evening employee who is always so kind, welcoming and pleasant. I have visited this location 5X in the past few weeks and Nikki is always so accommodating and makes you feel as though you have known them for years. I would imagine working in fast food and a hot environment could be challenging, but they definitely don’t show it. I really just wanted to give a “shout-out” for such great repeat experiences due to their sweet and friendly demeanor. Kindness Matters! Thank you, I’m sure I’ll be stopping in again soon!

Routinely leave items out. When ordering for 5 people it’s not practical to go though the bags to check at the drive through window. Today it was the main sandwich ordered. No phone number listed to call in the concern, probably because it happens so frequently. The QR code on the receipt links to a ‘feedback’ page that requires enough personal information requirements to obtain a mortgage. Demonstrates the company is not serious about answering to the personal theft occurring each time they rip someone off. Bad form.

Besides for the almost burnt fries, the unwanted 9 piece chicken nuggets and a missing Rueben, the service was horrible and impolite (very rude). Charmaine and the other lady were both laughing being completely disrespectful. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you want good service and the correct food ordered. Whoever is the manager needs to take note the problems with this franchise.

I was the only one in drive through, got my order wrong 3 times. Got to window and had to again correct order, left and realized the order was still wrong. Will not be coming back anytime soon. I was in a hurry or would’ve gone back for refund and return wrong food. Disappointed.
