This was an absolutely horrible experience. We went to the drive through after arriving home, the kid’s meal was completely wrong & the chicken sandwich in the combo meal was uncooked in the middle. We ended up throwing the entire order away. That’s $28 down the toilet.

It was a nice place we didn’t see the inside but I’m sure it was fine. I’m just not too much of a fan of Arby’s food. To me it all has that same gross greasy taste. The fries have it. The sliders have it.

Love this location! 90% of the time they have what I want and the wait isn’t usually too long depending on staffing! My favs are the apple pecan salad WRAP and orange cream shake! (Both seasonal)

I like Arby’s but this one is run by an absentee owner, and probably no manager either. Dirty, dirty, dirty! If you can’t catch hepatitis here you can’t get it anywhere. I drove through in the past and got cold cheese sticks. I thought it was an off day, but nope. I went in today and saw what the problem is. They just throw the frier stuff on a cold ass baking sheet for who knows how long. (See pic). Kitchen floor is covered in food everywhere, dining room is gross, and the bathroom looks like an interstate gas station. I think they just leave the meat sitting out too. No slicing here. Just dump it out of a paper tray. I need to find out who does inspections for Solon. This is disgusting.
