WHAT IS THIS!!! This is supposed to be a beef and cheddar no sauce….. But there is NO BUN EITHER. My sandwich is also missing the ausu sauce for my sandwich. AND THE BURBANK LOCATION PHONES DON’T WORK…….

Slow, cold, and out of date… Was greater at the counter with “who are you picking up”… Huh? How about how can I help you, or even Hi? Was made to feel like an outcast for being a customer instead of a driver. Sat at my table for over ten minutes before I went back up to see what was taking so long. They forgot my order. Got some barely warm items and rushed then down before I had to go… I don’t think I will be back to this one

The tables were not clean, none of the food was ready. It took about 20 minutes to get our food when we were the only ones there. Only saw one employee being clean…none of the others sanitized their hands and worse gloves while working with the food.

It’s definitely not the best experience. The staff wasn’t friendly. Our food was warm, but it seemed to have been sitting for a while. There was someone sleeping on one of the benches, It appeared to be a workers kid.

Yo. I live brisket. Check my reviews. I get brisket all around the country and try it. I love Arby’s smoke house brisket. It melts in your mouth. The smoke lingers in the fat. The sauce is great but the distribution is never solid. Always one side or the other. Never the less you will not be disappointed y this sandwich. Broski, it hangs with chain smoke houses. Maybe not the homemade local spots though. They have that real work.

This was a great stop for us. Jalapeno poppers and husband’s favorite, creamsicle shake. The staff was nice and the bathrooms were clean. Nice kids working. Only downfall was another patron. Nasty local younger person. Driving up on people and acting rude to everyone. I guess there’s always one in a crowd.
