The fries and roast beef sandwich was cold. The blt had a lot of mayonnaise. The drive thru worker was very rude. I paid good money for food that I wouldn’t give to my dog ! This Arby’s will never get my business again if I hadn’t drove home I would taken that food back

Did not get side of cheese we ordered and paid for. Chicken salad sandwich was toasted bread on the inside and somewhat soggy on the outside. Sandwich not cut. The only thing I can say about the chicken bacon ranch sandwich was it was a total mess. Dt391 7:40 pm

I don’t do this very often, but only either recognize great service or to air some sort of grievance. In this case, the person at the drive through window appeared to be upset in some sort of way and let that show in his service this evening. Nearly slammed the drive-thru window open, sigh greatly as if it was an inconvenience that I was ordering, then nearly shut the window. Now I didn’t want to add fuel to the fire, just in case the gentleman was not having a great day. Though, I would say that he could have been a bit more friendly, even if it was fake.

First of all the employees are barn on the best Arby’s employees I’ve ever dealt with and I always get the Greek Gyro and the turkey gyro and they’re made to Perfection just like the picture shows you unlike most fast food places where you get a hamburger and the Buns flipped upside down this Arby’s takes their time but not too much time and they get your meal done right
