I used the drive thru today. My 2 plain roast beef sandwiches came with some kind of red sweet sauce on them, was charged for an extra fry I didn’t order and they had to credit my card, and they skimped on my fries that I did order. Pretty sad first visit to this new location.

Excited to have an Arby’s in our neighborhood, but leary to order Chicken from any Arby’s. I need not to have worried. Had the Hawaiian sweet bread chicken meal and it was fresh, good and fast. Fan of their curly fries and they did not disappoint. Looking forward to going back.

Only been a few times, but quick service and great food every time. It’s Arbys, so don’t expect anything gourmet, still much better than most other “fast food” options. Use the app and you can bypass the drive through and pick up your food in as little as a few minutes.

Glad to see an Arby’s in Fairlawn, as a curly fry fanatic. I love that this location is open late, but they obviously cut staff at night. If there’s a line at the drive thru, you’re going to be waiting a while – they have a two lane drive thru, but I have yet to see the second lane open. That being said, service was very friendly despite the fact that they were slammed at 11pm. The food is as good as any other Arby’s location – meets, but doesn’t exceed, expectations.

Was excited for Arby’s to open at this location. First visit. Curly fries were cold and not fresh. Beef n cheddar sandwich with minimal amount of meat and bottom bun in two pieces. Went to drive thru on the run so unable to go back.

Bad experience with the drive thru. The workers do not take cars in order when both lanes are open. Went into the line at 12:23 and didn’t get my food until 12:50. 3 cars ordered on the inside lane before I was helped. Guy at the window didn’t care and said it happens.
